As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, territory management, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and upselling to potential clients. * Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for business development and account growth. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technology sales, and competitive landscape. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development. * Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques; experience in retail or inside sales is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. * Experience in technical sales or territory management is preferred but not required.
