Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in both B2B and direct sales environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage accounts effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, territory management, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and upselling to potential clients.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for business development and account growth.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technology sales, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques; experience in retail or inside sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
