Territory Surplus Acquisition Representative Location : In Office Only Employment Time : Full Time Position Overview The Territory Surplus Acquisition Representative is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and acquiring surplus inventory from hospitals and surgery centers within an assigned territory. This role focuses on outbound outreach, relationship development, and price negotiation to bring in unused,excess inventory at competitive prices while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. This position plays a critical role in expanding inventory availability, supporting cost-savings initiatives, and helping healthcare facilities recover value from unused products. Key Responsibilities * Proactively call and engage hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities to identify surplus, slow-moving, or unused medical inventory * Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chains, materials management, and surgery departments while respecting existing client relationships. * Educate facilities on surplus acquisition programs and the benefits of monetizing unused inventory * Evaluate inventory opportunities, including product condition, expiration dates, quantities, and market demand * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition goals * Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, opportunities, and acquisitions in CRM systems Qualifications * Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and relationship-driven sales conversations * Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills * Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor across all interactions SurgiShop is an equal opportunity employer.
