Leading distributor of door hardware, doors & frames, locksmithing tools, access control systems, video surveillance equipment, and related security products is seeking a full-time employee for Inside Sales / Customer Service position in Minneapolis, MN. Job Description Headquartered out of Chicago, the individual in this position is responsible for providing superior service to customers in Minneapolis and surrounding states. Responsibilities include the following: * Order processing and related customer assistance (Picking, Packing & Shipping) * Assisting customers by phone and in person for over the counter sales * Using the computer system to provide information on price and availability * Manufacturer/vendor contact for factory orders & product information * Light Warehouse work (Receiving & Restock Shelves) * Maintain accurate Inventory records * Review Sales & Inventory reports * Maintain a clean and organized operation This individual should excel in a team-oriented work environment - working with other team members to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and providing contributions that support customer retention goals and company/branch growth objectives. Key working relationship The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager in Minneapolis, MN. The individual will work closely with other staff members and with the local Outside Sales representative. Requirements * Must be self-driven & hard working * Strong computer skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) * Strong verbal & written communication skills * Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task * Team player IDN H.
