AA Concepts is seeking out a Sales Representative. All training provided! Our sales representatives will act as a liaison providing product/service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer's accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping customers. They're patient, empathetic, and communicative. They love to talk. Our representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally, and the target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Generate sales leads * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Meet personal/customer service team sales targets * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies * Take the extra mile to engage customer * Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data * Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships * Present products to prospective clients * Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal Skills * Ability to learn quickly * A positive, professional attitude * Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships * Organizational and time-management skills * Enthusiastic, passionate and friendly personality We look for driven, hard-working, and goal-oriented professionals.
