Potential other shifts on weekdays/weeknights (TBD). * High School Graduate (or GED). DO NOT APPLY IF STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL. * Ability to stay at least 3 months but ideally longer. * MUST LIVE IN VIRGINA (*_PREFERABLY 8 MILES OR LESS AWAY_) * 2- 3 years sales experience (fitness/gym membership preferred but not required) * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training * Ability to learn prospect/client management systems (ex: Club Ready). Experience with other CRM's a plus. * Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues * Must have excellent public speaking skills/writing skills * Must have proficient computer skills (typing) * Confidence and outgoing personality a plus * THIS COULD BE AN OPPORUTNITY TO MOVE UP, TAKE ON MORE SHIFTS AND BECOME OUR ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER WITH MORE COMMUNITY INVOLEMENT. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute lead follow up via phone, text, and email. Gather referrals from members. * Sell memberships on phone, in person, or after free intro class. * Establish a relationship and target individual's needs and wants and overcome objections. * Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production * Present available services to current or prospective members * Book quality intro appointments to achieve monthly sales quota * Participate in bi annual special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club * Other duties as assigned (cleaning) etc. We offer group reformer Pilates classes and privates in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise.
