The Bialek Workplace Associate is primarily responsible for expanding business within Bialek's existing client base through proactive, relationship- driven engagement. This role centers on meeting with clients in person, both at Bialek and at their offices, to check in, assess needs and uncover opportunities. By maintaining regular contact and demonstrating Bialek's high service standards, the Workplace Associate strengthens long-term partnerships and drives repeat business. Key Responsibilities Existing Client Expansion (Primary Focus) * Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients at Bialek and on-site at client offices. * Re-engage past clients and maintain consistent contact with current clients to uncover needs and growth opportunities. * Proactively check in to ensure clients feel supported and fully informed about the breadth of Bialek's services. * Identify and recommend solutions for expansions, refreshes, and reconfigurations. * Build and maintain trust-based relationships that drive repeat and ongoing business. Client Account Management & Follow-Up * Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence so clients know Bialek is engaged and ready to support them. * Document all client communications, needs, and action items in CRM systems. * Coordinate closely with internal teams--including design and project management--to provide accurate information and ensure seamless execution. * Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly to reinforce Bialek's service commitment. Selective New Business Development * Support new client acquisition through networking, referrals, and targeted in-person outreach when appropriate. * Present Bialek's solutions in a consultative manner aligned with client goals and workplace needs. Market & Workplace Awareness * Stay informed on industry trends, client business changes, and evolving workplace dynamics to identify emerging opportunities. * Represent Bialek at client meetings, walkthroughs, industry events, and networking engagements. Qualifications * 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or other client-facing roles. * Strong interpersonal skills with confidence and comfort in frequent in-person client interactions. * Proven ability to maintain and grow revenue within an existing client portfolio. * Highly organized, proactive, and responsive with strong follow-through. * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams. * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Success Indicators * Increased revenue from existing and past clients through proactive, in-person engagement. * High client satisfaction and strong repeat business. * Consistent pipeline growth driven by expansion, refresh, and reconfiguration opportunities. * Positive client feedback related to responsiveness and service quality.
