We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our Health Insurance Sales team. This role is perfect for young professionals who want to build a career in sales, learn valuable business skills, and make a real impact by helping people understand and choose the right health insurance coverage. As a Health Plan Concierge, you'll connect with individuals and small businesses, educate them on affordable health insurance options, and guide them through the enrollment process. No prior insurance experience is required -- we provide leads, training, and mentorship What You'll Do * Educate individuals (especially young adults and families) on health insurance plans and coverage options * Build relationships through face-to-face, phone, and digital communication * Conduct engaging presentations that clearly explain benefits, pricing, and coverage * Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach * Help clients compare plans and make informed healthcare decisions * Provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after enrollment * Collaborate with team members and sales leaders to hit personal and team goals * Track sales activity and performance using simple reporting tools (Excel, CRM systems) * Stay up to date on health insurance products, compliance rules, and market trends Skills & Qualifications * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people * Competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance * Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment * Organized and dependable with good time-management skills * Comfortable using basic technology (Excel, email, presentations, CRM tools) * Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others * No previous insurance experience required -- sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus What You 'll Get * Uncapped commission + bonuses * Exclusive leads & CRM access * Team culture that actually feels like a team * Leadership development and management tracks available Ready to Apply?
