Job Summary: This person serves as administrative and technical support in our Personal Lines Department. This individual serves to assist and handle client service and related transactions to personal lines accounts. This role strictly adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines spelled out in our Professional Procedure Manual. What you bring to the table: * Personal Lines insurance experience NOT required * Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred or equivalent in work experience * Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology * Superior verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical * Ability to work well in a team environment * Strong attention to detail * Fluency in MS office products Who We Are : Starkweather is a 144-year-old company with the reputation of being one of the Best Places to Work in our territory.
