Tri-County Powersports (Moorpark) Full Time Sales Associate Position Available Now A Sales Associate position at Simi Motorsports, LLC is an exciting, fast paced, rewarding position for Motorcycle / Powersports enthusiasts. As a Vehicle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sharing Powersports knowledge with customers, in an effort to help them find their perfect vehicle. This position is perfect for an outgoing applicant with a passion for the sport, who is ready to advance their career in the Powersports industry. Responsibilities

Duties

• Greet customers and log Sales Customer information in the CRM for future follow-up.
• Answer customer's questions about products in the store, and other alternatives from the manufacturers.
• Follow the Sales Process to ensure all customers receive exceptional customer service.
• Provide energy and positivity to the work environment.

Qualifications

• Technological literacy (basic computer functions, phones, etc.)
• Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Personal or professional Motorcycle / Powersports experience preferred.
• Previous Sales experience preferred.

• Pay: Hourly + Commission Only - Performance based position that typically ranges between $50,000 and $100,000 annually. - Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
