Outside Sales Rep Hourly Salary/ + Bonuses + 7% Monthly Residuals + Monthly Fuel Reimbursement Palm Bay, Melbourne, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Brevard County Flawless Cleaning Services is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help bring in new commercial cleaning contracts. This is an in-person role that includes visiting local businesses, setting walkthroughs, and supporting the sales process. If you enjoy talking to people and want unlimited earning potential, this is the perfect role. Responsibilities * Visit local business * Set 5+ qualified walkthrough appointments per week * Attend walkthroughs with the client to understand their needs * Collect service details and relay information to the Operations Team * Build relationships with business owners and managers * Track your calls, visits, and appointments * Represent the Flawless brand professionally at all times What We're Looking For * Outgoing, confident, and motivated to meet goals * Comfortable talking to business owners * Must have reliable transportation * Must be able to work in person and visit businesses daily * Ability to follow scripts, document leads, and stay organized * Honest, reliable, professional Job Type: Part-time Base Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
