We're on the hunt for BFT Ambassadors --the smiling faces that make every member feel like they belong the second they walk in the door. Think of yourself as the heartbeat of the studio, creating connections and keeping the energy high. If you're friendly, adaptable, and love building relationships, this role is for you. What You 'll Be Doing: Creating Connections * Greet members like they're your besties. * Chat with members about their fitness goals and keep the vibes positive. * Be that person everyone knows and loves. Making Sales Fun * Show off the studio and help potential members see what makes BFT amazing. * Crush membership and class package sales (hello, commissions!). * Support new members with sign-ups and be their go-to person for questions. Keeping It Organized * Rock the front desk like a pro--answer calls, emails, and handle basic admin tasks. * Help keep the studio looking fresh and clean (because first impressions matter). Amping Up the Energy * Spread the word! Assist with social media posts, events, and promotions. * Keep members pumped about upcoming classes and special events. What We 're Looking For: * Personality! You're upbeat, friendly, and love talking to people. * Experience in Customer Service.
