Inside Sales Representative * Hopkins, MN * $70-$80K (base + incentives) * M-F, 8AM-5PM We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Rep to sell aluminum decking solutions to builders, contractors, and developers in the multifamily housing market. What You 'll Do: * Prospect and build new B2B relationships * Manage the full sales cycle via phone, email, and virtual meetings * Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and fulfillment * Meet or exceed sales goals What You 'll Bring: * 3+ years of inside B2B sales (construction or building products a plus) * Proven ability to hunt and close new business * Strong communication and relationship-building skills Work Location: In person
