Role Overview: We're seeking motivated individuals for our Account Associate team. In this in-person role, you'll represent our clients while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and team leadership. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and take their first step into management. What You 'll Do as part of our Account Associate Team: * Client Representation: Serve as the face of our clients in-person, ensuring their products or services are presented professionally and accurately. * Sales Execution: Actively participate in sales activities, helping your team meet and exceed client sales targets while learning key strategies firsthand. * Customer Service Excellence: Ensure your team delivers a positive, high-quality customer experience, addressing concerns quickly and professionally. * Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve results for both your team and clients. * Problem Solving: Identify challenges or opportunities in team performance or client representation and implement effective solutions. * Professional Growth: Continuously develop leadership, management, and customer service skills to advance within the company. Account Associate Overview: This position is a full time employment position located in Arlington, VA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers. * Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. * Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
