Full description of the position

The Admissions and Sales Representative is responsible for lead and file management, high school outreach and presentations, campus/community events, and engaging with prospective students throughout the recruitment process and beyond. The Admissions Representative builds effective relationships with prospective students to ensure a good fit for the student and Academy College and/or Thunderbird Aviation. This individual assists with lead generation and management including social media engagement, fair attendance, high school outreach and participating in community functions. The Admissions and Sales Representative will verify and track enrollment and ensure all requirements are met and documented in accordance with current school policies, practices, and procedures. Essential Job Functions: Lead Management * Answer incoming calls and record lead information in the CRM and Student Information System; * Track the status of inquiries; * Initiate contact with prospective students via phone or email; * Perform routine follow-up contact to keep prospective and enrolled students engaged; * Provide timely and accurate responses to email, live chat, texts, and phone calls. * Meet with prospective students to highlight the programs offered at Academy College and Thunderbird Aviation. File Management * Assist with recordkeeping and file processing for new enrollments; * Assist with tracking and obtaining required admissions documents. High School Outreach * Schedule and conduct visits to high school Career Centers; * Schedule and conduct high school presentations; * Collect and track high school leads throughout their life cycle. Campus and Community Events * Schedule and coordinate on-campus referral events; including job fairs and college fairs; * Support campus events planned by Career Services and Student Services departments; * Develop a yearly schedule of community events with quantitative goals and a targeted audience; * Track results and leads from events.
