Overview We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative / Marketing Associate to represent P.S. Thai -- a woman-owned premium frozen food brand -- in the community and with our retail and wholesale partners. This role combines relationship-driven sales with creative marketing, helping expand our brand visibility, grow our customer base, and share our authentic Thai flavors with new audiences. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and passionate about food, marketing, and business growth. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new sales opportunities with local retailers, distributors, and food service buyers * Conduct product sampling and demo events to engage customers and increase brand awareness * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts; monitor inventory and assist with reorders * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities * Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (social media, digital, and in-person) * Create and share engaging content on social media platforms to promote products and campaigns * Prepare and present reports on sales metrics, feedback, and campaign performance * Collaborate with management to coordinate community outreach, events, and promotional activities * Represent P.S. Thai with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion preferred * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with social media marketing and digital content creation (Adobe Creative Suite a plus) * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (local travel required) * Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events and demos * Ability to work independently and report progress to management regularly * Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Compensation & Schedule * Flexible schedule: 8-10 hours per week (varies by event schedule and assignments) * Cash bonus for each new customer or account acquired through marketing or sales efforts * Flat gas allowance provided for local travel weeks * 1099 contractor position About P.S.
