What You'll Do * Convert warm auto-refinance applications into funded loans from our Austin office * Guide customers through loan options, overcoming skepticism with empathy and expertise * Follow up until documents, signatures, and lender requirements are complete * Work with teammates to hit daily and monthly goals What You Bring * Proven sales drive -- financial services, roofing, solar, insurance, merchant services, logistics brokerage, retail wireless, or D2D experience welcome * Persistence and follow-up skills -- you stay organized until the loan funds * Excellent phone communication and consultative selling ability * Bilingual a plus | On-site attendance required (North Austin HQ) Ready to Join Gravity Lending?
