We are a dynamic food trailer company looking for enthusiastic and reliable candidates to join our team as a Food Trailer Server and Sales Associate. Responsibilities : * Prepare and cook dishes following set recipes and quality guidelines * Serve food to customers in a timely and friendly manner * Take customer orders and manage cash transactions using the POS system * Keep the food trailer clean and adhere to sanitation standards * Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies * Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer questions and issues * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the food trailer * Support in the setup and breakdown of the food trailer at events Requirements: * Experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus * Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions * Understand and implement food safety and sanitation practices * Possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a warm and professional manner * Perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Comfortable working outside, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces * Willingness to learn and grow within the company Benefits: * Competitive pay * On-the-job training * Growth opportunities within the company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 - 48 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid training Shift: * Day shift * Morning shift Experience: * Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Arlington, VA 22203 (Required) Work Location: In person
