Full description of the position

A Manufacturer's Representative sales role in the electronics and/or electrical industries supporting OEM customers in the industrial, data communications, power generation, and transportation industries. Unlimited commission sales opportunity.

Responsibilities

include -Maintaining existing assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support. -Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies. -Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction. -Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services. -Make face to face sales calls and create demand at current and potential customers. -Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and manufacturing principals. -Primarily call on electrical and mechanical engineers and supply chain specialists at new/existing customers to qualify the products you will be selling. -Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems. -Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions. -Performing monthly reports and sales forecasts. -Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications

-Ability to work autonomously -Availability to travel as needed -Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Account Management -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software -Creative problem solver and sales strategist Can be located in Austin or San Antonio to call on a territory that includes Austin, San Antonio, Valley and Waco.
