.Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and creative Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role supports day-to-day sales and marketing activities while learning our products, systems, and internal processes. As confidence and experience grow, the role will take on greater ownership of customer communication and marketing initiatives. This position works closely with our creative team to help bring customer ideas to life. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions through data entry and internal systems to ensure comprehensive documentation. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear written communication with clients. * Draft correspondence and other professional documents as needed * Assist with customer service requests and sales support activities * Collaborate with internal and external teams to schedule, create, and publish content for: company website, email marketing campaigns, print materials, and social media channels. * Ask clarifying questions to better understand customer needs and requests. * Support clear communication and coordination between customers and internal teams. Qualifications * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred * At least one (1) year of experience in sales support, marketing, or a customer-facing role * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new and complex software systems * Experience with social media platforms and digital content * Experience or familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design software * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette * Highly organized with the ability to manage details and prioritize effectively * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Able to ask thoughtful questions and work effectively when details are evolving * Curious, proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset * Professional, discreet, and respectful of confidential information Must be creative, helpful, and kind, with a bit of hustle and tolerance for office dogs.
