Job Summary Job Summary We are looking for a part time experienced and enthusiastic retail sales associate that is hard-working, dependable, and willing to deliver a best in class experience for our customers. We want motivated, ambitious, positive people. The Retail Sales Associate, who reports to the Regional Manager, can be the team leader of the store location. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for and must have at least a basic understanding of most aspects of the business, from customer satisfaction to store layout and accessory selection, to marketing, to bathroom and break room cleanliness. A crucial aspect of the job is providing a pleasant experience for each and every customer. Since that is not always possible, working constructively with unhappy customers is a necessity. An individual who excels with the customer will excel in the position. Responsibilities and Duties Store Operations * Open and Close * Operate POS System / Cash Register * Balance Cash / Receipts / Bank Deposits * Manage the flow of work so that commitments are met and customers are satisfied. * Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Sales and Marketing * Retail Sales - Optimize customer experience. * Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (Verizon, AT&T, etc.). * Online research / Pricing / Costs / Competition * Participate in developing advertising and marketing plans. Customer Service * Meet and Greet * Quote prices and times * Keep customer informed - if we are late, if repair is complete, if scope of work changes * Monitor store email and reply as appropriate * Answer telephone Qualifications and Skills Requirements * Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds * Ability to regularly stand for long periods of time * Ability to operate all office and wireless equipment pertinent to the position * Demonstrate clear communication in listening, writing, and speaking * Consistently demonstrate a commitment to CPR's policies and procedures, including but not limited to; attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
