Capital Subaru of Greensboro is seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer- obsessed Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. BDC Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Pay * Health Insurance * PTO * 401(K) BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone, email, and online platforms * Manage, organize, and prioritize leads for consistent and timely follow-up * Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and interests * Provide clear information on vehicles, services, and current promotions * Effectively highlight key Subaru features, benefits, and value propositions * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights * Collaborate closely with the BDC team, Sales Team, and other departments * Maintain accurate, thorough records in the CRM system * Perform additional duties as assigned BDC Sales Representative Requirements: * Sales or business knowledge is a plus * Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive or BDC environment * Strong instincts for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities * Previous phone or virtual sales experience is an asset * Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales software * Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills * Motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals * Adaptability to evolving processes, tools, and technologies * Must pass pre-employment background screenings Ready to be part of one of Greensboro 's most customer-focused, fast-growing automotive teams?
