Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) at Phoenix Pumps, Inc. combine technical expertise with sales skills to support and grow our customer base. ISRs introduce new products, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide product recommendations based on customer applications. Responsibilities include managing and tracking quotes, following up on quotations, closing sales opportunities, and performing additional related duties as required. Desired Skills and Experience Responsibilities: * Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the inside sales process, including pricing, costing, purchase order management, accurate data entry, and order follow-up. * Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings. * Identifies current and future customer service needs by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Effectively organizes, prioritizes, and manages sales opportunities to meet business objectives. * Maintains professional and technical expertise by participating in ongoing education, training sessions, and workshops. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience with a demonstrated record of success. * Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively. * Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and a strong sense of urgency. * Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Professional phone presence with strong customer service skills. * Maintains a consistently positive and proactive attitude.
