Compensation Range: $75,000 - $120,000 per year (unlimited earning potential) How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact? After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Automotive Sales Consultants will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process. * Maintain unit average required by store * Maintain a minimum PVR and VSC required by store * Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner * Lead customers through the entire sales process * Use Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions * Effectively educate all customers on benefits that Walser has to offer * Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operating features * Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them * Follow up with customers after the purchase * Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments * Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments * Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values * All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned We're Looking For: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required * Successfully test out of sales training program * Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player * Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.) * Strong customer service mentality * Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record What We Offer: * Medical, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA/FSA * Paid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption) * Adoption Assistance Program * Life Insurance and 401K with Employer Match * Pet insurance and Employee discounts * Access to our Employee Resource Groups, such as: Women of Walser, Drive with Pride, Asian Hmong Alliance, and Veterans at Walser * The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation -The Walser Foundation: Our Community Mission - YouTube We proudly operate on a set of aCore Values which drive our decisions and actions on a daily basis.
