Join our new team and help travelers take flight! As an Indoor Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers booking flights, resolving queries, and promoting our services." Responsibilities * Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications * Provide fare quotes and explain airline policies * Promote airline services and upsell travel products * Maintain accurate records and manage customer data * Coordinate with airport and operations teams when needed Qualifications * Experience in sales or customer service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) Preferred: * Multilingual abilities * Prior experience in the travel or aviation industry Benefits * Hourly rate is between $21.34 and $32.88 * 401K, the Company will match up to 3% of your monthly salary provided you contribute at least 2% or more * Health and Dental insurance, the Company offers PPO * Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.34 - $32.88 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Required) Work Location: In person
