POSITION: Sales Representative LOCATION: Sherwood, OR TYPE: Temp to Hire PAY RATE: $37,400 + commission Are you ready to take your sales career beyond retail? Family owned and operated since 1998, our client is a manufacturer and distributor of specialty horticulture equipment looking to expand their team. We have two positions - Inside Sales, and Outside Sales! If you're energetic, goal-oriented, and ready to be rewarded for your hard work, we want to meet you. What You 'll Do (Inside Sales). If you prefer an in-office, Over-The-Phone Approach: * Become an expert on our products and services. * Make prospecting calls, generate leads, and ask for referrals. * Answer inbound sales calls and document interactions. * Present pricing, prepare quotes, and process sales paperwork. * Help resolve customer service, billing, and product issues. * Collaborate with colleagues to close deals and support the customer journey. * Grow both new and existing customer accounts. * Earn monthly bonuses for new business development What You'll Do (Outside Sales). If you prefer a Face-to-Face approach: * Become an expert on our products and services. * Be the face of our company to new and existing clients * Travel throughout Washington, or Oregon/Northern CA * Help resolve customer service, billing, and product issues. * Present pricing, prepare quotes, and process sales paperwork. * Earn monthly bonuses for new business development What You Bring * 2+ years of B2B sales experience * A proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas * Strong relationship-building skills and a team-first mindset * Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Excellent organization, attention to detail, confidence, and self-motivation * A love of gardening or horticulture is a plus!
