POSITION: Sales Representative LOCATION: Sherwood, OR TYPE: Temp to Hire PAY RATE: $37,400 + commission Are you ready to take your sales career beyond retail? Family owned and operated since 1998, our client is a manufacturer and distributor of specialty horticulture equipment looking to expand their team. We have two positions - Inside Sales, and Outside Sales! If you're energetic, goal-oriented, and ready to be rewarded for your hard work, we want to meet you. What You 'll Do (Inside Sales). If you prefer an in-office, Over-The-Phone Approach:

• Become an expert on our products and services.
• Make prospecting calls, generate leads, and ask for referrals.
• Answer inbound sales calls and document interactions.
• Present pricing, prepare quotes, and process sales paperwork.
• Help resolve customer service, billing, and product issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to close deals and support the customer journey.
• Grow both new and existing customer accounts.
• Earn monthly bonuses for new business development

What You'll Do

(Outside Sales). If you prefer a Face-to-Face approach:

• Become an expert on our products and services.
• Be the face of our company to new and existing clients
• Travel throughout Washington, or Oregon/Northern CA
• Help resolve customer service, billing, and product issues.
• Present pricing, prepare quotes, and process sales paperwork.
• Earn monthly bonuses for new business development

What You Bring

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong relationship-building skills and a team-first mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, confidence, and self-motivation
• A love of gardening or horticulture is a plus! What We Offer

Compensation

: $37,400 annually with Target commission: $40,000-$50,000
