The Real Estate Transaction Manager is responsible for executing real estate strategies that align with client business objectives. This role manages lease transactions, property acquisitions, and dispositions while ensuring adherence to corporate client timelines, priorities, and financial goals. Mandatory Requirements: * Texas Real Estate License * 2-5 Years ' commercial transaction management experience * Lease Administration * Proficient in CoStar, SalesForce/Buildout experience * Microsoft office programs including Excel * Must be familiar with commercial real estate lease reconciliations * Must be familiar with commercial real estate expense reimbursements * Must be familiar with commercial real estate lease critical date notifications * Must be familiar with commercial real estate lease administration Key Responsibilities: * Implement real estate plans aligned with the client 's strategic real estate objectives. * Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent to negotiate business terms and conditions. * Coordinate lease negotiations, amendments, renewals, and lease expiration tracking. * Identify and acquire new properties to meet client requirements and timing needs. * Execute disposition strategies for surplus space, including subleasing, sales, and early lease terminations. * Prepare financial analysis templates related to transactions. * Maintain real estate CRM program. * Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues impacting transactions. * Review, analyze, and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and operating expense statements; identify discrepancies, validate landlord billings, and ensure charges comply with lease provisions. * Organize, manage, deliver, and report on real property transaction activities and related services * Respond to client deadlines and internal deadlines on time * Manage, coordinate, and successfully use all necessary client technologies and software relating to the real estate process * Strong attention to details * Understand and be able to interpret commercial office/retail lease documents * Strong relationship and leadership skills * Other duties may be assigned Must work from PC Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kyle, TX 78640
