Automotive Sales Support Specialist Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Automotive Dealership - Sales Support / Business Development Center (BDC) Pay: Hourly + Performance Bonuses Get paid for scheduling appointments - not selling cars Job Description: We are hiring a motivated Automotive Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced dealership call center. This role is focused on responding to inbound and outbound leads, handling phone/text/email communication, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, working in a structured environment, and getting rewarded for performance without the pressure of closing deals, this role is for you. What We're Looking For * Strong phone presence and clear communication skills * Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls * Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and coachability * Sales, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred * Basic computer skills, CRM experience is a plus but not required * Automotive experience is a plus but not required What You'll Do: * Respond quickly to inbound leads (internet, phone, & chat) * Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest * Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team * Provide a friendly, professional first impression of the dealership * Work closely with sales managers and consultants to ensure smooth handoffs * Follow proven scripts and processes (with room for personality) * You are not responsible for closing sales or negotiating prices. * Your success is measured by appointments scheduled and shown.
