Elite / No-BS (Top Performers Only) " This Role Is for Closers Only -- $200K+/Month Producers Wanted" About Us Mayflower Construction Group specializes in high-end residential renovations, with a strong focus on kitchens, bathrooms, sauna spaces, and laundry rooms. Our showroom is a curated, professional environment where serious homeowners make serious decisions. We are process-driven, detail- oriented, and performance-focused. Role Summary This is not a passive design or order-taking role. We are seeking a disciplined, high-performing sales professional who can design, lead, and consistently close $150,000+ in monthly renovation sales. You must have a proven closing record , strict follow-up discipline, and a deep internal understanding of sales psychology -- the ability to read between the lines, anticipate objections, and guide clients to confident decisions. You will control the sales process from consultation through contract execution while producing accurate, buildable designs using Chief Architect and 20-20 Design. This role requires someone who understands that great design supports the sale -- but the sale comes first. Key Responsibilities * Consistently close $150,000+ per month in renovation projects across kitchens, bathrooms, saunas, and laundry rooms * Maintain strict follow-up discipline (calls, texts, emails, scheduled next steps) * Control the client conversation: uncover true motivations, budget realities, and decision-makers * Identify hesitation and objections early and respond with clarity and authority * Conduct in-person showroom consultations and in-home site visits * Create complete, accurate quotes and scope documents * Prepare allowance reports and material specifications * Research pricing, availability, and lead times to prevent delays * Produce Chief Architect plans (as-builts, proposed layouts, rough-ins) * Create precise as-sold 20-20 Design cabinetry plans with detailed notes * Distinguish clearly between client wants vs. needs * Perform accurate field measurements and labor estimates * Adhere to project schedules and proactively plan for changes * Perform final walkthroughs * Maintain showroom samples, displays, and vendor materials Qualifications * Documented history of producing $150,000+ in monthly sales (required) * Proven closing ratios on five- and six-figure projects * Demonstrated follow-up discipline and CRM usage * Strong ability to read people, handle objections, and lead decisions * Degree in Interior Design or related field * Experience designing kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and sauna spaces * Strong design portfolio tied directly to sold projects * Proficiency in Chief Architect and 20-20 Design * Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism MANDATORY - SALES PERFORMANCE DISCLOSURE (REQUIRED TO APPLY) Applications without this section will not be reviewed.
