The Role: As an Appointment Setter you will * Set new appointments from warm leads and outbound calling. * Reschedule appointments when needed and refill open time slots to keep the calendar tight and full for our outside sales team. * Follow proven scripts and rebuttals while sounding natural and confident. * Record every call and result accurately in our system. * Hit performance goals set by the company. * Provide professional and respectful service on every interaction. Who This Is For: * High school diploma or equivalent * Call center, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, not required. * Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills. * Comfortable on a computer and able to learn new software quickly. * Detail oriented and able to follow a process from start to finish. * Competitive mindset and you like seeing your name on a leaderboard. * Reliable, on time, and able to work in the office Monday through Friday. Schedule and Pay: * Full-Time Monday through Friday. * In office role at our Phoenix location. * Starting pay from $17-20 per hour plus bonuses and commission. * The best commission structure for any call center in the valley. * Performance bonuses and commission tied to achievable goals set by company.
