Our client, a luxury bedding brand , is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join the team at their store location in Edina. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Job Duties Include: * Create elevated experiences for clients through the in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation program * Achieve and exceed individual sales goals * Act as an ambassador for company values * Ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times * Maintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks including dusting, vacuuming, steaming, and ensuring shared areas are regularly cleaned and well-stocked * Additional duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include: * 1+ year of retail sales experience (or comparable industry -equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered) * Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques * Must be able to stand for duration of shift, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation * A positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers * Must be able to travel to offsite home design consultants as needed Salary: $20 - $23/hr + bonus The description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.
