MCM Transportation is growing--and we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Account Executive to help expand our shipper portfolio in the construction, building materials, and industrial freight space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and want real ownership over your book of business (with uncapped commission), this role is for you. What you 'll do:

• Prospect and onboard new shipper accounts
• Grow and manage your own book of business
• Negotiate rates and provide strategic freight solutions
• Partner closely with operations to ensure flawless execution
• Stay ahead of market trends and capacity shifts What we 're looking for:
• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A competitive, self-motivated sales mindset
