Semper Home Loans is hiring a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to power our growth. You'll be cold-calling, booking appointments, and generating leads to connect our loan officers with new clients and realtor partners. What You 'll Do: * Make outbound calls daily to prospects and referral partners. * Book qualified appointments for loan officers. * Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up. * Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized. Experience We 're Looking For: * 1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling. * Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills. * Self-motivated with proven ability to hit call/appointment targets. * Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus.
