Account Managing Partner (1099 Contractor) MaidRunners - Reno/Sparks, NV Flexible Hours _ High Commissions _ Residual Income MaidRunners is expanding and looking for motivated Account Managing Partners (1099 contractors). This role is ideal for people who enjoy talking to local businesses, building relationships, and earning strong commission-based income with long-term residuals. Job Responsibilities * Prospect and connect with commercial cleaning decision-makers * Introduce MaidRunners' services and set walkthroughs or quote opportunities * Conduct walkthroughs (or coordinate with us) * Submit leads through a simple system * Close new accounts with support from our team * Maintain communication with your active accounts Compensation (1099 Contractor)New Business Commission * 20% of first-month revenue for every new account signed Monthly Residuals * 5% recurring on all maintained active accounts * 10% recurring on all active accounts when you generate $5,000+ in new business in a month- applied to the next month Simple structure.
