Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in building relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both outside and outbound sales efforts, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and forecasting future sales. * Utilize CRM software to document interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. * Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth. * Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed. * Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations to promote products or services. Experience * Proven experience in B2B sales or high-end sales environments is preferred. * Familiarity with dealership experience or automobile sales is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. * Background in retail sales or customer service is beneficial. * Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and marketing principles is advantageous.
