Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service/Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities * Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research. * Manage the entire sales cycle, including negotiation, proposal development, and closing deals in B2B sales contexts. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and brand visibility. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities. * Provide tailored solutions by understanding client needs and offering appropriate technology or service-based products. * Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. * Lead presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, emphasizing technical sales aspects when applicable. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high satisfaction levels. * Support business development initiatives by participating in industry events, webinars, and networking functions. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relationship roles within B2B sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client data and sales processes. * Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences. * Analytical skills to assess client data, market trends, and sales performance metrics effectively. * Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus. * Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns professionally and persuasively.
