From our New York and Washington DC operations, we serve customers who require excellence in wireless RF technology, including Disney, ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, QVC, JP Morgan, NFL, NHL, Monumental Sports, and major touring productions. We operate in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where strong relationships, execution, and technical credibility matter. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated sales and business development professional to drive outbound business development and new customer growth across wireless RF technology projects, broadcast technical support services, and live event equipment rentals and technical staffing. This position may be structured as full-time or part-time. Key Responsibilities Lead outbound business development activities focused on generating new accounts and opportunities Identify and pursue new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development Build and maintain strong customer relationships while developing a deep understanding of customer needs and business objectives Own opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development, closing, and ongoing relationship management Leverage internal and external customer information to identify opportunities and improve engagement Partner with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and customer solutionsMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity reporting using CRM tools Participate in executive-level customer updates and relationship management as appropriate Represent Jetwave professionally with customers, partners, and industry contacts Qualifications Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles, preferably in broadcast, live events, RF, AV integration, or adjacent technical industries Existing business relationships within one or more of the following markets are strongly preferred: o A/V integrators o Network and affiliate TV stations o Sports and entertainment venues o Sports and entertainment design, architecture, and construction firms o TV and film studios Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lorton, VA 22079
