Outside Sales Representative: Robert-James Sales, Inc. is a leader in the stainless steel industry, selling stainless steel pipe, tube & fittings. This position offers a salary plus the opportunity for a bonus based on sales, car allowance and full benefit package. Our benefit package includes healthcare, flexible spending, life insurance, 401(k), vacation and paid holidays. As an Outside Sales Representatives you will be responsible for calling on and servicing current accounts as well as generating new business covering Minnesota, parts of Northern Iowa, Western Wisconsin, North & South Dakota.

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business in assigned territory.
• Determine customer needs.
• Meet and exceed the business sales goals.
• Develop and maintain business relationships.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
