Responsibilities Include * Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media. * Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to Guest for their motorcycle(s) of interest. * Schedule Guest's showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival. * Continue Guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed. * Learn how to prospect for new business using dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop personal "book" of repeat business. * Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database. * Achieve sales targets by creating and executing sales initiatives. Qualifications & Skill Requirements * Prior motorcycle, motorsports, automotive or retail sales experience is required. * Exceptional Guest service skills and desire to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. * Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required. * Present a professional and well-groomed appearance. * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Some college preferred. * Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States. What do we need from you? * Must have valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement * 3+ years dealership sales exp (motorsports, auto or marine) * PASSION for the riding lifestyle and the willingness to learn about Harley-Davidson and other brands if you don't know already * Weekend availability * Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base * Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 1,000-pound motorcycle. * Spend most of the day on your feet, sitting or on a bike. * We want to provide every Guest with a premium Harley-Davidson experience. 100% of the time to 100% of our guests.
