Responsibilities * Conduct in-person/face to face meetings to introduce solar solutions to prospective clients * Identify customer needs and present tailored solar energy options that maximize benefits and savings * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and promotional campaigns * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering technical insights into solar products * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions within CRM systems Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, or energy sales preferred * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse communities * Knowledge of solar sales processes, technical product features, and energy industry trends preferred * Ability to lead conversations with confidence while maintaining a customer-focused approach * Experience in marketing strategies that attract and engage potential clients effectively * Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building Join us in transforming the future of energy!
