L ME Sales Rep We're hiring and looking for driven individuals who are passionate about health & wellness, love engaging & interacting with customers and making commission. We genuinely love connecting with our customers and having fun selling our granola! Having prior sales experience is a huge plus. We're really looking for someone with a sales mentality and outgoing personality. This specific position requires constant engagement and sampling granola with customers and requires someone with outgoing energy to succeed. If you're genuinely passionate about health and would love to sell delicious, artisan-made granola that's actually good for you, we'd love to chat! Current Markets We currently attend 10 different farmers markets in San Diego on a weekly basis from Tuesday-Sunday, along with additional popup events. We're looking for someone who can work specific markets on a weekly basis and help sub for one-time events when necessary. Responsibilities * Driving to and from each market with our setup. * Setup and breakdown of booth at each market (quick 30 minute setup). * Constant engagement with customers to actively sample our granola. * Must have excellent communication skills and genuinely care about health & sales. * Cash handling. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Great at multi-tasking and working in faced paced environments. * Willingness to receive, learn and adapt from feedback. Please be available to work weekends. We are very flexible with scheduling and want to place you where you would thrive. Pay * $100-$300 per market. * Commissions are based on a tiered structure with achievable sales goals. Additional Requirements * Valid drivers license. * Must have a dependable car that can store the required equipment and product. * Must be able to setup & breakdown each market. * Able to lift booth supplies.
