JOB OPENING: SALES AGENT - CAR RENTAL (TAMPA, FL) Location: Tampa, FL Employment type: Full time Availability: Immediate Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekend and holidays JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our growing car rental team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will assist customers with vehicle rental transactions, promote additional services, and provide top-tier service throughout the rental process. RESPONSABILITIES: - Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. - Explain rental terms, insurance coverage and optional services. - Upsell products such as insurance, GPS, child seat, and more. - Process payments and rental agreements accurately - Conduct vehicle inspections with customer during pick-up and return. - Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly - Meet sales targets and maintain high service standards. REQUERIMENTS: - Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred, not required) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) - Valid driver's license - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays - Strong teamwork and goal-oriented attitude.
