Experienced Diamond Sales Professionals - Burlington & Peabody, MA Do you have a love of fine jewelry? a passion for making people happy? an ambition to advance a career in retail? Due to growth, Long's is seeking Experienced Diamond Sales Professionals for both our Burlington and Peabody locations. These positions are ideal for someone who excels at providing unparalleled customer experiences, celebrating life's most special moments with our clients. Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters with the ability to work with limited oversight. Job responsibilities Include: * Cultivate on-going relationships with customers with a focus on return visits and future purchasing opportunities. * Demonstrate successful outreach to potential and existing customers through proactive clienteling. * Achieve sales objectives by focusing on the best-possible customer experience through storytelling, personalized service, and authentic interactions with every customer. * Embrace continuous learning across all product lines and categories, including stones, metals, settings, brands, etc. * Assist with daily store opening and closing tasks, including inventory counts and set up/break down of on-floor product. _ Qualifications:_ * REQUIREMENTS: Multiple years of experience in a luxury environment selling diamonds and other fine jewelry. No exceptions please. * Proven knowledge of diamonds and gemstones; GIA and other certification a plus. Great passion for jewelry and other luxury products. * Proven experience and approach to building and growing a client base. * Great way with people and an ability to communicate and keep a level head at all times. * Have a great work ethic, team attitude and a hands-on, roll your sleeves up approach. * Entrepreneurial spirit Salary Range: Salary Minimum $24/hr - Salary Maximum $70/hr The base salary range above represents the low and high end of Long's Jewelers salary range for this position. Actual salaries vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, contribution to the success of the company, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Long's Jewelers' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and program- specific awards.
