Job Summary Kitchen Designers work inside a retail showroom in a high-integrity, relational sales environment along with our appliance team. They also in the field, with customers in their homes. Designers need excellent time management skills. They balance energy between cultivating new sales opportunities while finishing designs and finalizing/closing contracts for existing clients. Compensation and Training Pay Kitchen Designers earn a base salary plus commissions. New Designers have supplemental pay that covers their initial training and ramp-up period while they develop a pipeline of sales. Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an experienced Kitchen Designer should earn $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Responsibilities * Responsible for achieving goals/objectives * Design kitchens with 2020 * Manages relationships with clients and ensures a great customer experience * Generates estimates and contracts * Meets with customers and contractors in-store and in-home at each stage of the sales and construction process * Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools Qualifications * 3 years kitchen design experience * 2020 design software experience * Retail sales skills * Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline Bray & Scarff is the top retail destination for luxury appliances in our market.
