As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored recommendations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels including cold calling and outbound sales efforts. * Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective customers. * Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate product benefits and features. * Maintain an organized approach to managing leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory control processes to ensure product availability for clients. * Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Skills * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent verbal communication skills, including public speaking capabilities. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging a diverse customer base. * Experience with cold calling and outbound sales techniques is preferred. * A proactive attitude towards learning about products and market trends. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
