TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Austin, TX team! (78752) This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing!

• POSITION:
• Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) LOCATION: Austin, TX 78752 SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission
• SUMMARY:
• The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for market growth / new business. Will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met.
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets.
• Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates.
• Prepare, calculate, and negotiate bill rates with clients.
• Relationship-Oriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
