As an Inside Sales Associate , you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right construction tools, supplies, and equipment for their projects. You'll handle product inquiries, process sales and rentals, and ensure every customer interaction is seamless--whether in-store or over the phone. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and rental coordination, ensuring a smooth sales experience * Develop a strong understanding of construction equipment and supplies to provide expert recommendations * Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and keep the sales floor organized * Support outside sales representatives by preparing orders and providing follow-up information * Proactively build relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business * Take on leadership tasks as needed, with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role Qualifications: * High school diploma (or equivalent) required; additional education in sales or business is a plus * Prior experience in retail, sales, or construction equipment (preferred) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills * A proactive and customer-focused mindset Join a company that values hard work, growth, and a commitment to customer success.
