ROLE SUMMARY: Sales Assistant Our Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting their assigned Sales Team in proactively selling to new and existing customers, converting enquiries received into the business, negotiating prices, and processing orders from start to finish. You will assist in the sales, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned orders/customers. You need to be comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, & co-workers by receiving & making phone calls, emails, & Zoom/Team meetings. You should have strong organizational, time management, & problem-solving skills, pay attention to details, & be able to be self-direct. You have a basic knowledge of the construction industry, strong computer skills; and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Zoom What we look for in a successful BMS Employee. Physical demand for this position: While performing the duties for this job, you, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
