What We Offer * Weekly pay of $21-$22 per hour * Direct deposit & debit card payment options * Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance * Weekly Pay Sales Supports Representative*Tasks & Duties * Acquire product line knowledge of all products * Handles inquiries about product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints * Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism * Perform order entry, initiate orders for replacement parts or correct errors with shipments * Work with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries including accounts receivable, shipping, and inventory * Ability to multi-task and solve problems, take orders, and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks * Represent company at tradeshows and events as needed (This is an advance opportunity in the future and travel will be required) Sales Support Representative*Shift Info * Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Monday - Friday * This position requires you to work on site in an office Sales Support Representative*Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) * Demonstrated strong tenure at previous jobs and consistent work history showing reliability and commitment * 3 years of experience in a customer service / sales support / or similar role * Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services. * High attention to detail for accurate order input and verification. * Proficiency in using order management systems and CRM software. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * GED / High School Diploma * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Able to pass a background check * Able to work in the US Apply today!
