ROLE OVERVIEW As a Sales Associate, you will embody ETERNA's elegance and connect with clients through storytelling, craftsmanship, and service excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver a personalized, luxury client experience. * Share the story and inspiration behind each piece. * Maintain visual and operational excellence in the boutique. * Support team goals, assist with inventory, and follow up with clients. * Participate in store events and activations. REQUIREMENTS * 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for craftsmanship, design, and storytelling. * Professional appearance; weekend availability required. * English required; Spanish a plus.
